Biang Biang Fresh Noodle, boasting a cult like following, has relocated to Fortitude Valley. Here, the menu offers a broad selection of dishes with steaming serves of biang biang noodles as its foundation – thick strands that are noticeably thicker than average, with the denser consistency helping carry the complex flavours.
